Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior System Administrator as a Kantata SME to configure and support Kantata-driven business processes. This remote role requires strong SaaS administration, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to document needs and maintain system integrity.

You will ensure proper system configuration, user management, and reporting while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• U.S. Citizenship per customer requirements.
• Proven experience administering SaaS software related to project/partner/resource management.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities to evaluate complex data, identify trends, and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience analyzing reports, comparing data across sources, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather, document, and analyze business needs and technical requirements.
• Document the functional and, when needed, technical design of the system.
• Support the design and modification of business or IT systems.
• Review and create system documentation and user manuals.
• Develop and maintain system documentation including business data/process flows and integration documentation.
• Configure Kantata as needed to meet evolving business needs and support ongoing maintenance.
• Provide user and technical support on Kantata usage.
• Escalate issues as needed and coordinate with support teams.
• Train new onboard team members and contribute to knowledge base updates.
