In this remote role, you will interact with stakeholders and provide Kantata administration, including users, licenses, and report changes, while ensuring platform health and timely responses to incidents.

• Document system designs and maintain documentation.
• Support IT systems and business processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and interact with ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Document the functional and technical design of the system.
• Maintain and modify business IT systems as needed.
• Review and create system documentation and user manuals.
• Develop and maintain system documentation including data flows and integration.
• Configure Kantata to meet evolving business needs and provide user support.
