Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior System Administrator to act as a Subject Matter Expert for Kantata configuration and business processes. This is a remote position with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, system design, and ongoing administration of Kantata.

The role requires 5–7 years' related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and US citizenship per client needs. You will maintain documentation, support users, and collaborate with product managers on new Kantata features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 Years of experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Citizenship required per customer requirements (United States).
• Experience administering SaaS software related to project management, partner management, or resource management.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate complex data, identify trends, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders and SMEs to gather, document, and analyze business needs and technical requirements.
• Document functional and technical design of the system.
• Support design and modification of business/IT systems.
• Review and create system documentation and user manuals.
• Develop and maintain system documentation including business/data/process flows and configurations.
• Configure Kantata to meet evolving business needs and provide user support.
