Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior System Administrator to act as a Subject Matter Expert for Kantata configuration and related business processes. This remote role collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of SaaS administration experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring data integrity and adherence to Maximus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• US citizenship required.
• Proven SaaS administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Document system configuration and integration details.
• Maintain Kantata and related system administration tasks.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting with ServiceNow/Kantata.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Coordinate with Product and Project teams on feature rollouts.
• Perform weekly audits and data integrity checks.
