Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior System Administrator who will serve as an SME for Kantata configuration and business processes. This remote role requires strong SaaS administration skills and collaboration with business stakeholders to meet evolving needs.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience, excellent analytical abilities, and proven capability to manage data integrity, user accounts, licenses, and reports in Kantata. Collaboration with the Product and OCDIO teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Proven experience administering SaaS software related to project management.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Document functional and technical design of Kantata configurations.
• Maintain Kantata system documentation, users, licenses, and report development.
• Troubleshoot issues via ServiceNow and Kantata tickets and monitor weekly audits.
