Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior System Administrator who acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Kantata configuration and related business processes. This is a remote position with focus on ongoing maintenance, documentation, and user support.

You will interact with stakeholders, design system configurations, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with product and support teams to implement enhancements and ensure SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• United States Citizenship per customer requirements.
• Proven experience administering SaaS software related to project/partner/resource management.
• Analytical abilities to evaluate data, identify trends and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system documentation including business process flows and data flows.
• Configure Kantata to meet evolving business needs and support users.
• Provide user and admin support on Kantata functionality and data integrity.
• Manage Kantata users, licenses, page layouts, reports, and custom fields.
• Troubleshoot issues, gather diagnostics, and liaise with ServiceNow/Kantata teams.
• Run weekly audits to detect anomalies and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Manager on new features and knowledge base updates.
