Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior System Administrator to serve as the SME for Kantata configuration and business processes, with a focus on system administration and governance. This remote role requires deep knowledge of Kantata, data integrity, and stakeholder collaboration to drive platform efficiency.

You will document system design, support maintenance, and assist in training as the Kantata product evolves, ensuring secure, scalable operations for the OCDIO teams and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Must be a United States citizen.
• Proven experience administering SaaS software related to project management, partner management, or resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer focus.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate complex data, identify trends, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs and technical requirements.
• Document functional and technical design of the system.
• Support design and modification of business IT systems.
• Review and create system documentation and user manuals.
• Develop and maintain Kantata system documentation including data flows and configuration.
• Configure Kantata to meet evolving business needs and assist training for new team members.
• Provide user support for Kantata and troubleshoot via ticketing systems.
• Run weekly audit reporting and monitor platform for anomalies.
• Maintain user and platform data to ensure reporting integrity.
