Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior System Administrator with deep Kantata expertise to configure and maintain the Kantata environment, align with business processes, and support data governance. The role is remote with a focus on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across IT and business teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of SaaS administration experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Experience administering SaaS software for project/resource management.
• Citizenship in the United States per requirement.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and governance capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system documentation including data and process flows.
• Configure Kantata to meet evolving business needs and user requirements.
• Provide user support and training on Kantata usage.
• Manage Kantata users, licenses, reports, and custom fields.
• Collaborate with Product Manager on new features and migrations.
• Coordinate with IT and ServiceNow for incident management.
• Perform weekly audits and ensure data integrity.
