Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior System Administrator to serve as the SME for Kantata configuration and business processes. This is a remote role with responsibilities spanning system documentation, configuration, and ongoing support to ensure data integrity and alignment with business needs.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of SaaS administration experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with product and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• United States Citizenship per customer requirements.
• Proven experience administering SaaS software for project/partner/resource management.
• Analytical abilities to evaluate data, identify trends and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Document functional and technical design of the system.
• Support design and modification of business/IT systems.
• Review and create system documentation and user manuals.
• Maintain Kantata system documentation including data flows and configurations.
• Configure Kantata to meet evolving business needs and support users.
• Provide user support on Kantata usage and best practices.
• Manage Kantata user accounts, licenses, layouts, and reports.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with ServiceNow/Kantata support.
• Run weekly audits and ensure data integrity across the platform.
