Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• United States citizenship per customer requirements.
• Proven experience administering SaaS software related to project management, partner management, or resource management.
• Analytical abilities to evaluate complex data, identify trends, and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand, gather, document, and analyze business needs and technical requirements.
• Document the functional and, when needed, technical design of the system.
• Support design and modification of business or IT systems.
• Review and create system documentation and user manuals.
