Job summary

Philips is seeking a Mobile Surgery Solutions Key Account Manager to lead opportunities in the Midwest and neighboring states. You will drive sales of C-Arms and services, build strong relationships with hospital decision makers, and coordinate with internal teams to close deals.

The role requires 5+ years in capital equipment sales, a BS/BA degree, and willingness to travel within the Midwest. This is a field-based, growth-oriented position with potential for strong compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Capital Equipment sales experience selling directly into the OR plus selling into Radiology.
• Demonstrated Solution Selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment.
• BS/BA Degree in related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Uncover and close Mobile Surgery opportunities in Philips installed, competitive installed, and new construction labs and operating rooms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cardiovascular Fixed System Account Managers and IGT-D to drive opportunities.
• Establish territory growth plans and translate them into clear objectives and targets with knowledge of the competitive landscape.
• Document territory install base and address assigned accounts, including breakthrough competitive accounts and segment strategy.
• Drive the sales process by engaging stakeholders, executing C-Arm demos, and cultivating customer relationships.
