Job summary

Philips is seeking a Mobile Surgery Solutions Key Account Manager (MoS KAM) in the Philadelphia area. You will be the primary contact for MoS decisions, focusing on C-Arms and related services, and you will identify, develop, and close opportunities across installed, competitive, and new labs.

You will collaborate with cardiovascular teams and enterprise colleagues to build territory plans and drive the sales cycle while delivering customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Capital Equipment sales experience selling directly into the OR plus selling into Radiology.
• Demonstrated Solution Selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment.
• BS/BA Degree in related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel in the Delaware Valley - Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Northern Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close MoS opportunities in Philips installed, competitive installed, and new construction labs and operating rooms.
• Collaborate with Cardiovascular Fixed System Account Managers and related teams to maximize opportunities.
• Establish territory growth plans and translate them into clear objectives and targets.
• Document territory install base and plan to address accounts, including breakthrough competitive accounts.
• Drive sales process by uncovering customer events, engaging stakeholders, developing coaches, and conducting C‑Arm demos.
