Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for K-12 projects in Wenatchee, Washington. You will monitor large, complex construction programs with direct accountability for delivery, site visits, budget reviews, and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

The role requires 5–10 years managing public sector construction, at least 3 years on K-12 projects, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with ORS compliance and public sector procurements.
• Licensure as either a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress.
• Review status of work and budget against approvals and drawings.
• Review subcontracts, change orders, and contractor invoices.
• Prepare project status reports and advise on contingency adequacy.
• Review and ensure conformity with architectural/engineering best practices and drawings.
• Coordinate with Cost Advisory for budget estimates and take-offs.
• Review permits, surveys, and approvals; ensure ADA/compliance where applicable.
• Support development and disbursement schedules and documentation.
