Qualifications

• Seven years of full-time professional experience in Construction and/or PM
• Experience with projects from preconstruction through turnover
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, reporting and leadership

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and compliance with drawings and specs
• Review budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost reports
• Prepare project status reports and advise on contingencies
• Coordinate with Cost Advisory and review supporting documentation
