Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager focused on public sector projects in the Tri Cities, Washington. You will monitor project delivery and oversee site activities, budgets, and compliance to drawings and specs.

The role requires 7+ years of construction/PM experience, with demonstrated ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including safety, scheduling, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Seven years of full-time construction/PM experience.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with construction values over $20M.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or BS/BA required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction projects for clients with direct accountability.
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, change orders and budgets.
• Coordinate with Cost Advisory group and prepare status reports.
• Ensure compliance with codes, permits and safety.
