Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager/Owner's Representative to oversee design and construction projects, with a focus on public-sector and K-12 education assignments. The role requires strong leadership, budget and schedule control, and effective client communication.

You will manage planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout, while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. On-site and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in design and construction, preferably public-sector/K-12.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• College degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field; professional registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with designers, contractors and administrators to ensure compliance with contract specs and codes.
• Manages budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk for multiple projects.
• Interfaces with client and consultants at all stages of the project.
• Produces detailed project plans and tracks progress against goals and budgets.
• Implements change management, risk mitigation and change orders.
• Maintains project governance, documentation and reporting.
• Leads meetings, communications and status updates for stakeholders.
• Supports business development and cross-selling opportunities with clients.
