Job summary
Key People is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of JD Edwards experience to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes. You will translate business needs into JD Edwards enhancements, document requirements, and lead projects from start to finish while collaborating across functions.
The role is on-site in Michigan with travel between Shelby Township and Westland, MI, and relocation assistance is available for non-local USA candidates.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of JD Edwards experience in ERP/business systems analysis.
- Strong understanding of JD Edwards manufacturing and distribution modules.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and test cases.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
- Document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop process maps and support JD Edwards enhancements.
- Drive process improvements and measure results with KPIs.
- Design practical JDE solutions with ERP development teams.
- Provide hands-on support and training to users.
- Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements to implementation, managing scope and timelines.
- Maintain documentation and ensure data quality and security/compliance.
