Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of JD Edwards experience to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable JD Edwards solutions, lead projects, and drive efficiency and data quality.

The role requires strong communication across functions, independence, and a detailed focus on process improvements, with on-site work in Michigan and travel between Shelby

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards with manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Ability to work with the broader technology environment (config, customization, integrations, development tools).
• Proven problem-solving and project management skills with ability to deliver across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and supply chain processes and how JD Edwards can support them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, and system utilization; measure results with KPIs.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with ERP development teams to meet business objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and training to drive adoption of new functionality and enhancements.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, managing scope, timelines, and budget.
• Keep documentation current and ensure JD Edwards data quality and security/compliance.
