Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of JD Edwards experience to partner with stakeholders and translate business needs into JD Edwards solutions, focusing on manufacturing and distribution processes and KPI-driven improvements.

This on-site role is located in Shelby Township or Westland, MI, with weekly travel between sites. Relocation assistance is available for non-local USA candidates; strong growth and long-term opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst supporting JD Edwards
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards manufacturing and/or distribution modules
• Understanding of JD Edwards within the broader technology environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate requirements into practical solutions
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects on time
• Excellent communication across functions, locations, and teams
• Relationship-building with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Vendors
• Self-directed, organized, able to manage competing priorities

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements and acceptance criteria
• Develop strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes and how JD Edwards supports them
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and measure KPI impact
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with ERP development team
• Provide hands-on support and training to drive JD Edwards adoption
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation
• Maintain documentation and data quality for JD Edwards processes
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases, functionality, and best practices
• Ensure security, regulatory, and IS compliance in JD Edwards processes
• Collaborate across Global IS, Operations, Application Engineering, and Supply Chain
• Deliver business impact through enhanced capabilities and efficiency
