Job summary
Workforce Recruiter is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with strong JD Edwards experience to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes. You will translate business needs into actionable JD Edwards enhancements, document requirements, and lead cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
Based in the USA with on-site work in Shelby Township or Westland, MI and periodic travel between locations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting JD Edwards or ERP systems.
- Strong ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience documenting requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes within JD Edwards is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize requirements.
- Develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and measure KPIs.
- Design practical JDE solutions with ERP development teams.
- Provide user support and training to drive adoption of new functionality.
