Job summary
Confident Search Consultants seeks an Operational Business Systems Analyst with JD Edwards expertise to collaborate with business stakeholders across manufacturing and distribution. This role requires 8+ years of JDE experience, strong relationship-building, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- 8+ years as ERP Business Systems Analyst supporting JD Edwards.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Experience with ERP changes, integrations, and testing.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and document them clearly.
- Develop requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria; create process maps as needed.
- Drive JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Provide user training and drive adoption of JD Edwards enhancements and automation.
- Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance across JD Edwards processes.
