Job Juncture is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst to optimize JD Edwards in our manufacturing and distribution environment. You will work with stakeholders to capture requirements, document test cases, and drive enhancements that increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Deep JD Edwards experience in manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Experience with JD Edwards configuration, integrations, and development tools.
• Strong problem solving and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business: understand needs, prioritize requirements, and translate to actionable solutions with test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Know the Business: understand manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, supply chain, and how JD Edwards can support them.
• Drive Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes and measure KPIs.
• Design JDE Solutions: evaluate options and work with ERP team to design practical solutions.
• Support & Train Users: provide hands-on support and drive adoption of JD Edwards features.
• Lead JDE Projects: own JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation and keep on track.
• Maintain Documentation & Data Quality: keep docs current and ensure JD Edwards data quality.
• Stay Current with JDE: keep up with releases and best practices.
• Connect the Dots: act as JDE SME across functions to align priorities.
