The Recruiting Hive is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of JD Edwards experience to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes in a Shelby Township/Westland, MI setting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into JD Edwards solutions, lead projects end-to-end, and ensure data quality and user adoption while aligning with security and compliance requirements across global teams.

Competenze

• 8+ years as ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong hands-on JD Edwards knowledge in manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Understanding of how JD Edwards integrates with broader technology environment.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with scope, timelines and priorities.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritise requirements, and turn them into clear, actionable solutions.
• Develop deep understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes in JD Edwards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, system usage, and KPIs.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with ERP development team to address business needs.
• Provide hands-on support, training, and drive user adoption of new functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, keeping scope and budgets on track.
• Maintain documentation and ensure JD Edwards data quality and consistency.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases, new features, and industry best practices.
• Support security, compliance, and change management across JD Edwards processes.
• Connect as SME across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
