• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize requirements.
• Document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process maps and ensure alignment with JD Edwards capabilities.
• Understand manufacturing, distribution, inventory, planning, and supply chain processes.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with ERP development team.
• Provide hands-on support and training for users and drive adoption of functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation and control scope, budget, and timeline.
