Talent With Heart is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of JD Edwards experience to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes and turn business needs into effective JDE solutions.

In this on-site role at Shelby Township/Westland, MI, you will partner with stakeholders, lead projects, train users, and ensure data quality while staying current with JDE releases and security requirements. A relocation option is available for non-local USA candidates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards, with manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Understanding of how JD Edwards works with broader technology environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience planning, managing, and delivering projects on scope and schedule.
• Strong cross-functional communication across locations and functions.
• Ability to build credibility with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and leadership.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and translate into clear requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop deep understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes and how JDE can support them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, system usage, and KPIs.
• Design practical JDE solutions with ERP development teams to meet business needs and objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and training to users and drive adoption of new JD Edwards functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, keeping scope, budget, timelines, and quality on track.
• Maintain documentation and data quality for JD Edwards, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases, new functionality, and industry best practices for value realization.
• Support security, regulatory, and IS requirements, including change management and outage tracking.
• Collaborate across Global IS, Operations, Application Engineering, and Supply Chain to align technology with business priorities.
• Deliver measurable business impact by enabling growth and improving customer satisfaction.
