Zaddy Solutions is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with JD Edwards expertise to collaborate with business stakeholders, document requirements, and prioritize enhancements. You will translate business needs into actionable JD Edwards solutions that improve efficiency.

The role is on-site at Shelby Township/Westland, MI with weekly travel between sites; relocation assistance is available for non-local USA candidates.

Competenze

• 3+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards, with emphasis on manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Technical understanding of how JDE works with broader technology environments (config, integrations, development tools).
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with scope and timelines under control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Mansioni

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and turn them into actionable solutions; document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop a strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, supply chain, and how JD Edwards can support them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, system utilization, and efficiency; measure results via KPIs.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with the ERP development team to address business needs.
• Provide hands-on support and training; drive adoption of JD Edwards functionality and enhancements.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, keeping scope, budget, timelines, and quality on track.
• Maintain documentation and data quality; ensure JD Edwards data is accurate and standardized.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases and best practices; identify new capabilities with value for the business.
• Support security, compliance, and change management across JD Edwards processes.
