Joseph Michaels International seeks an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of JD Edwards experience to collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing and distribution. You will translate business needs into test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria and partner with the ERP development team to design JD Edwards solutions.

This on-site role is based in Michigan, with weekly travel between Shelby Township and Westland.

Formación

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst supporting JD Edwards.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of JD Edwards, manufacturing/distribution modules.
• Understanding of JD Edwards within broader technology environment (config, customization, integrations).
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and on scope.
• Excellent communication across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes and how JD Edwards can support them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and KPI-driven value from JD Edwards.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with the ERP development team.
• Provide hands-on support and training to drive adoption of JD Edwards functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, keeping scope, budget, timelines, and quality on track.
• Maintain documentation and data quality, ensuring JD Edwards data is accurate, consistent, and standardized.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases and best practices to deliver value.
• Connect with different business teams to align tech with business priorities.
• Deliver measurable business impact and improved customer satisfaction.
