Qualifications

• 6–10 years in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Strong hands-on Java/Spring/SQL on distributed platform.
• Experience with Kafka/messaging and caching products (Gemfire/Redis).
• Experience managing projects and SME in at least one area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to define system enhancements for new products and processes.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and craft innovative solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies and ethical practices.
