Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Strong JAVA/Spring/SQL hands-on experience on a distributed platform.
• Experience in Kafka/messaging and caching products such as Gemfire or Redis.
• Ability to manage and implement successful projects; SME in a domain.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals and identify system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Understand how business areas integrate to achieve goals; analyze and propose solutions.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and propose innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
