• Data analysis and SQL expertise with ability to design and optimize data models and queries.
• Experience in managing and delivering projects with consulting and PM techniques.
• Excellent communication to consult with users, clients, and other tech groups on complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and execution for key application projects across the development lifecycle.
• Act as SME for senior stakeholders and translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Define and enforce operating standards, development processes and security practices for the team.
• Mentor developers in Java, data analysis, and SQL optimization to ensure technical excellence.
• Apply project management experience to deliver projects on time and meet business needs.
• Assess risk and ensure regulatory and firm compliance in decision making.
