Qualifications

• 6–10 years engineering experience.
• Financial services or large global environment experience.
• 8+ years in Java/Python/Web services/XML/JS/Microservices/SOA.
• 3+ years Big Data: Spark/Hive/Hadoop/Storm.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
• ELK, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS S3 knowledge.
• NoSQL: MongoDB, HBase, Cassandra.
• Git and CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to define system enhancements and integrate functions.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and align designs to architecture.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, deployment.
• Understand how architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and innovative solutions.
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts; allocate work as needed.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
