Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream. You will build enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time adherence, and reporting in a contact center environment.

You will use Java and Spring Boot for services, React with TypeScript for UIs, and Node.js for integrations. You’ll translate complex workforce rules into auditable software, leveraging CX platforms and WFM processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with production applications.
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and complex business rules.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, security, and persistence.
• Front-end experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, and modern testing practices.
• Familiarity with Node.js for integrations or supporting components.
• Experience integrating systems with data warehouses, HR, payroll, CRM, or CX platforms.
• Proven ability to design REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead client-facing workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and domain-driven design.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, schedule generation, and adherence events.
• Develop responsive workforce apps using TypeScript and React for planners and employees.
• Define and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and versioning standards.
• Integrate WFM with CX platforms and enterprise data sources.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with attention to integrity and performance.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud-native deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UX to deliver solutions.
