Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• 2+ years as Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile team in a large software environment.
• Extensive Web development experience (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, XSD.
• Spring Framework, Spring Security, Spring Boot experience.
• Linux experience and familiarity with Git/Subversion.
• Ability to obtain SF-85 Public Trust and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, review, and maintain production cloud-native Java microservices.
• 50% Scrum Master duties: facilitate ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Leverage DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices.
• Coordinate with Release Train Engineer and stakeholders on status and risks.
• Support deployment, triage, and resolution of production issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive sprint execution.
