Job summary

Plan A Technologies is seeking a Senior ITSM Product Owner / Program Lead to drive an enterprise-wide ITSM transformation. The role combines product ownership, program management, and change leadership to deliver a strategic roadmap, align stakeholders, and ensure adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in Product Ownership or Program Lead roles, strong ITIL knowledge, and hands-on ServiceNow experience in enterprise settings, with excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as Product Owner or Program Lead
• Strong ITSM knowledge with ITIL
• Experience with ServiceNow in enterprise environments
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and executive stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise ITSM transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Lead program execution, coordinating deliverables, dependencies, and timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Engage executive stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and maintain alignment on priorities and outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and manage competing priorities.
• Drive organizational change and adoption of ITSM processes and solutions.
• Leverage data, metrics, and performance insights to guide decisions and measure success.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize ITSM processes and ServiceNow capabilities
