KMM Technologies, Inc. in Reston, VA is seeking a Lead Product Owner to direct product strategy and roadmaps for internal and external clients. You will oversee Product Owners, guide requirements, and apply Agile best practices to maximize value in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM, CRM) and a strong focus on business metrics is essential. This contract-to-hire role requires face-to-face collaboration 1 day per week in the Reston/DC area.

Formación

• 8 years experience business analysis, business development, solutions development, system analysis, technical design/development implantation or equivalent experience
• 6 years Previous product owner experience with an in-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, principles, and procedures
• Ability to use Product KPIs and business metrics to optimize the product
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
• Must disclose any debarment or exclusion affecting work on Federal health care programs
• Must meet deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers

Responsabilidades

• Serves as an authority over Product Owners and product teams to ensure clarity in strategic direction
• Leads and manages project requirements and introduces new tools and practices
• Manages development of products to meet internal and external client needs and establishes business value
• Develops and maintains Contact Center focused on CSM, ITSM modules from healthcare background
• Leads large-scale ServiceNow program transformations (CSM, ITSM, CRM)
• Oversees development of product portfolio and release plans with stakeholders
• Reviews milestones and continually develops existing products
• Holds Certified ServiceNow, Scrum Product Owner certifications
