Job summary

nTech Workforce is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead a ServiceNow transformation project in Reston, VA. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of Product Owner experience and deep knowledge of ServiceNow's CSM and ITSM modules. Responsibilities include defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and working closely with business owners. This hybrid role requires onsite work at least once or twice a week. Candidates should have strong communication skills to present to executives and excel in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of dedicated Product Owner experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow implementation, especially CSM and ITSM.
• Experience in product leadership roles defining product vision.
• Strong understanding of product planning and life cycle development.
• Experience in Agile/SAFE Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision for Customer’s business transformation using ServiceNow.
• Manage the product backlog and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements.
• Make data-driven decisions executing the product roadmap.
• Represent customer in presentations to executives.
