Everforth Apex is seeking an IT Project/Program Manager with 15+ years of leadership to drive change management, training, and technology deployments in Florida. You will lead multi-workstream IT initiatives, partner with business and IT, and ensure governance and stakeholder alignment across Salesforce, M365, SharePoint, and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 15+ years IT program leadership and technology transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise IT initiatives and strategy alignment.
• Salesforce administration experience or certification.
• Experience with AI assistants/Copilot and prompt design.
• Process mapping and change-impact assessment.
• Training design, development and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, audience, and readiness assessments.
• Validate current and future-state processes and workflows.
• Develop and deliver role-based training, simulations, eLearning, job aids.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, testing, implementation, and training.
• Oversee AI assistant development, prompt engineering, testing, grounding.
• Manage knowledge in SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Support UAT, pilots, deployment, Hypercare, sustainment.
