The role requires 15+ years in estimation and forecasting, with strong communication and analytical skills, plus an interest in technology, data, and AI. Onsite work in Florida is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project estimation and forecasting.
• Experience bridging business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Word.

Responsibilities

• Partner with estimators to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into requirements for the development team.
• Help design, test, and roll out new digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate work, and centralize data.
• Develop and validate comprehensive capital cost models.
• Integrate staffing, risk, escalation, and market dynamics into estimates.
• Provide strategic oversight of design reviews to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Lead market pricing and benchmarking initiatives.
