Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Change Management, Training & Technology Consultant to lead change management, training, and deployment efforts for power delivery IT initiatives in the Juno Beach, FL area. The role requires coordinating IT projects with business partners to deliver aligned capabilities and solutions and overseeing governance frameworks.

The position involves onsite work with remote travel to Jupiter West and across Florida Power Delivery for training and deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
• 15+ years of experience in IT program leadership, enterprise-wide technology transformation, and business strategy alignment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, audience, and readiness assessments.
• Validate current and future-state processes and workflows.
• Develop and deliver role-based training, facilitation, simulations, eLearning, job aids, videos, and procedure manuals.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, testing, implementation, training, and user support.
• Oversee AI assistant and agent development, prompt engineering, testing, and knowledge grounding.
• Manage knowledge within SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilots, deployment, Hypercare, and sustainment activities.
• Measure training effectiveness, readiness, and user adoption.
• Partner with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, IT, and field stakeholders.
• Independently manage deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Direct large-scale IT initiatives, ensuring project execution aligns with corporate strategy.
• Provide executive-level oversight and develop IT project governance frameworks.
