Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to lead a large CRM transformation. You will translate target-state architecture into scalable designs, guide a development team, and deliver across multiple releases with hands-on design and integration work.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in Salesforce, expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, and Sales Cloud, and a proven track record of enterprise-scale projects, multi-org consolidation, and disciplined CI/CD

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform development experience, including at least 3 years in a Lead Developer capacity.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales Cloud, and security sharing model.
• Strong REST/SOAP API experience and event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience with governor limits, bulkification, performance optimization, and automated testing.
• Led enterprise Salesforce workstreams and mentored distributed teams.
• Experience with multi-org consolidation and large-scale data transformation.
• CI/CD, source control, and post-production support knowledge.
• Ability to lead client-facing technical discussions and design sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions and enforce reusable engineering standards for Salesforce.
• Design and develop complex Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities across core objects.
• Oversee integrations using API-led and event-driven patterns.
• Provide hands-on development support for complex issues and performance tuning.
• Mentor nearshore/offshore teams and conduct code reviews.
• Coordinate release readiness, deployment planning, and cutover activities.
