Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Solution Leader to drive AI enablement and enterprise transformation across AI, OCM, and technology strategy. You will originate opportunities with C-suite buyers, shape engagements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact transformations.

The role requires a proven track record in managing large-scale change programs, AI adoption initiatives, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, information systems, technology management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or enterprise transformation leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading organizational change management for large-scale technology or business transformations.
• Hands-on experience leading enterprise AI, generative AI, or copilot adoption initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and translate complex findings into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Originate and shape opportunities with C-suite buyers and build the team, assets, and market presence.
• Lead AI Enablement, OCM, and Technology Strategy engagements and pricing.
• Develop proposals, statements of work, and pricing reflecting scope, staffing, and risk.
• Coach executives and sponsors to lead change and measure adoption, proficiency, and readiness.
• Build market presence through thought leadership, roundtables, and client case studies.
