Sikich is seeking a Senior Trainer- IT Implementation to lead instructor‑led training across onsite, virtual, and hybrid environments in California. The role involves supporting users through rollout, post‑Go‑Live activities, and updating comprehensive training materials such as guides, presentations, and quick references.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience delivering IT implementation training, developing learning materials, and training Salesforce end users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of delivering IT implementation training in the last 5 years.
• 2+ years of developing IT implementation training materials.
• Experience training end users on Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training onsite, virtual, and hybrid.
• Support users during rollout and post‑Go‑Live activities.
• Develop and update participant guides, presentations, and quick reference materials.
• Facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer, leadership, and end‑user sessions.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to tailor materials.
• Collect feedback and training metrics to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain training documentation and FAQs.
• Travel to client locations across California as needed.
