Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional training experience, including IT course development and delivery.
• At least 1 year of Salesforce experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting a state or federal government IT implementation
• Experience training end-users on healthcare, Medicaid, or human services systems
• Familiarity with Salesforce Trailhead, Salesforce certifications, or learning management systems (LMS)
