Job summary

Sikich LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This client-facing leadership role will manage project deliverables and serve as the primary contact for task completion at the Salesforce Org level, with a track record of leading software implementation projects and guiding cross-functional teams in an IT environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, 5+ years as PM/SM, and 3+ years of team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Scrum Master for software implementation projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing a team of at least 5 full-time resources.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Information Technology (IT) development projects.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or one of the following: SAFe Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Bachelor's degree required, or an additional 4 years of qualifying IT development project experience in lieu of the degree, in accordance with contract requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
• Lead software implementation projects from planning through execution.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and overall delivery timelines.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Drive collaboration between business and technical teams to support successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Support the successful delivery of Information Technology (IT) development initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
