With 5+ years in a similar role, you will serve as a subject matter expert and help enhance staff proficiency and user experience in a complex government environment in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in instructional design or training roles.
• Strong knowledge of child welfare information systems and digital tools.
• Ability to develop clear, user-friendly training materials and guides.
• Experience delivering virtual and in-person training with multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff proficiency in data entry and systems.
• Create user-friendly materials including job aids, quick references, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Deliver virtual training for system updates and policy changes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify gaps for improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on technology-supported practice.
• Collaborate with IT, program leadership, and user support to streamline processes.
