Job summary

Sikich LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client-facing leadership team. The PM will manage project deliverables and serve as the primary contact for task completion at the Salesforce Org level, guiding software implementation projects and coordinating cross-functional teams in an IT environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record leading IT development initiatives, extensive PM experience, and proven communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience as PM or Scrum Master on software implementation projects.
• Minimum 3 years leading a team of at least 5 full-time resources.
• Minimum 3 years IT development project experience.
• Active PMP or SAFe Scrum Master or PMI-ACP or CSM certification.
• Bachelor's degree required, or an additional 4 years of qualifying IT development project experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
• Lead software implementation projects from planning through execution.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and overall delivery timelines.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Drive collaboration between business and technical teams to support successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Support the successful delivery of IT development initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
