Job summary

Sikich LLP is seeking a Senior Trainer to support a large-scale IT implementation project. The role focuses on delivering onsite training with opportunities for hybrid and virtual learning, collaborating with end users to ensure successful adoption of new technology and business processes in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT implementation training experience, strong Salesforce training skills, and willingness to travel within California.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering IT implementation training.
• 2+ years developing IT training materials.
• Experience training end users on Salesforce functionality.
• Must reside in California and be available to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in onsite, virtual, and hybrid environments.
• Support users during training, system rollout, and post-Go-Live activities with hands-on assistance.
• Develop and update training materials including guides, presentations, and job aids.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer, leadership, supervisor, and end-user sessions.
• Collaborate with project teams, OCM, and stakeholders to tailor learning materials.
• Gather feedback and training metrics to improve training effectiveness.
• Maintain training documentation and user support materials.
• Travel to client locations throughout California as needed.
