Job summary

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP seeks a Sr. IS Technician to deliver excellent local office support and maintain Weil systems and applications. Occasional travel to other Weil offices is required.

Responsibilities include incident management, hardware asset tracking, configuration of Windows/Mac/VM environments, and user training. The role emphasizes timely, courteous service and collaboration with IS and practice areas.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of professional IS experience in a high-pressure professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 & Office 365 Suite, VPN, and mobile device management.
• Experience with asset and incident management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st & 2nd level IS support for all issues using IMS to record, assign and resolve tickets.
• Record hardware changes in the Asset Management System.
• Configure and support Windows, Mac & VM computers, smartphones, printers, and VOIP/AV equipment.
• Provide IS orientation and training for new hires.
• Occasional travel to other Weil offices to provide support.
