Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an IT Field Services Technician to deliver white-glove support to employees across the firm, including on-site and remote assistance. This role requires travel within the region and occasional visits to other firm locations to deploy, troubleshoot, and implement IT solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Field Services role.
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory Services.
• Basic understanding of networking and wiring configurations.
• Preferred experience with Freshservice, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support across assigned region.
• Create, monitor, track, and close tickets within SLA.
• Act as Tier 3 level support for escalations from Service Delivery teams.
• Coordinate IT projects and deployments as SME and point of contact.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain IT hardware stock and organization across regions.
• Ensure IT workspaces are neat, secure, and well-maintained.
