Job summary

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Redwood City, CA, is seeking a Sr. IS Technician to support the local office computing environment and maintain Weil's systems and applications.

He/She will handle incident management, asset tracking, and hands-on configuration for Windows, Mac, and VM devices, including AV and training responsibilities. Responsibilities include after-hours support, IS knowledgebase documentation, and occasional travel to other Weil offices to provide customer support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IS support experience.
• BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st & 2nd level IS support for local office issues.
• Record hardware changes in AMS and manage asset inventory.
• Configure and support Windows, Mac, and VM devices.
• Support A/V setups for meetings and presentations.
• Provide IS orientation and training for new hires.
• Participate in IS meetings and after-hours support.
• Travel to other Weil offices as needed.
